You're looking at Mazda’s RX-8 for the year 2020 – unveiled today at the Los Angeles Motorshow. The Nagare concept car signposts Mazda’s new design direction for its next generation of sports cars. Japanese for ‘flow’ and pronounced ‘na-ga-reh’, the futuristic four-seater coupe follows on from this year’s Sassou, Kabura and Senku concepts and aims to depict motion and speed with dynamic proportions and unique surface treatments – key features of Mazda’s future models.
Brabus added the Mercedes GL63 AMG to its Widestar lineup on Monday. In addition to the wild body kit, Brabus adds 70 hp to the mix and a handful of twist at the wheels to create the B63-620 Widestar. The visual upgrades begin with the fender flares that add 3 inches to the width of the already-big SUV.
Bentley SUV already being re-thought
It seems the reception for the EXP 9 F – the Bentley SUV ‘Truck’ – has already got Bentley designers back to the drawing board for a redesign. The Bentley SUV at Geneva – the EXP 9 F Concept – was a real let-down. It was as if Bentley’s designers had been given a single line brief from history and tasked to make Ettore Bugatti’s criticism of Bentleys as ‘The World’s fastest trucks’ come to life.
